Kyle serves as General Counsel of Revity Energy where he oversees the organization’s legal infrastructure and commercial transactions.  In conjunction with a vast team of outside legal counsel, the majority of Kyle’s time is spent on the drafting, review, and negotiation of key project agreements and deal documents; spearheading the closing process; designing and implementing transaction structure; and directing the company’s outside legal process comprising over a dozen law firms throughout the United States.

Kyle possesses nearly a decade of experience as an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Rhode Island and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  During his time in private practice, Kyle’s practice concentrated in the representation of closely-held businesses as outside corporate counsel which representation included commercial real estate transactions, asset and equity acquisitions and sales, commercial financing, business succession, and asset protection strategies.

Kyle earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University Law School (Boston, MA) and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tampa (Tampa, FL) where he studied economics and accounting.
